Create a fun and interactive cooking experience.
Come join us at BTC Culinary Camp for two days of Good Eats. The camp will start off with food safety/sanitation and knife skills and then jump right in to be sure everyone cooks their own lunch the first day. Other topics to be explored will include global cuisines, the “Best of Janesville,” and don’t forget the desserts.
This academy is made possible through a collaborative partnership with Blackhawk Technical College.
