High school students—are you ready to take your cooking skills to the next level? In this culinary summer academy, students will explore the art of cooking and food preparation while creating delicious dishes they’ll get to enjoy. This hands-on course is perfect for anyone interested in developing new techniques, building confidence in the kitchen, and learning how to prepare meals from scratch. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, you’ll gain valuable skills and take your cooking to the next level.
What Students Will Learn:
- Advanced kitchen safety and food handling practices
- Cooking techniques such as sautéing, baking, and knife skills
- How to follow, adapt, and create recipes
- Meal planning and ingredient preparation

REQUIREMENTS:
Closed toe shoes required, no sandals or Crocs etc.
