Students are invited to explore several Geronimo Hospitality Group locations in downtown Beloit and gain an insider’s perspective on hotel and restaurant operations. Through hands-on experiences, participants will step behind the scenes of the hospitality industry, create their own lunch with guidance from a professional chef, explore the science of coffee brewing, and learn about career opportunities in this dynamic field.
