Get ready to dive into a fast-paced world of hospitality with our 4-Week Culinary & Service Immersion! Designed specifically for middle schoolers, Geronimo Hospitality is offering a hands-on look at how the food and beverage industry works from every angle. Students will learn about food safety, essential culinary skills, and how chefs manage high-pressure meal services to create amazing dishes. From the first “hello” at the host stand to mastering table service students will practice communication and team-based roles like hosting and serving. We’ll close out the sessions with a look into fine dining and some industry exploration – where food meets fun. Reminder, this month only, classes will be held on the first four MONDAYS instead of Thursdays.
