For students participating for the first time, there will be an Introduction to Metal Fabrication and Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) and including Safety brief, Design, fabricate.

In this workshop, participants will use the micro: bit’s drag and drop interface, MakeCode, to learn how to code the device.

Students receive an introduction to computer-aided design and 3D printing technology by designing a board game.

Students will be introduced to careers held by women in four different trades within the construction industry. Each trade will include a hands on activity.
