Taste: The Art and Science of Flavor Development
Learn about becoming a taste tester and food scientist/flavorist. Learn about flavor and how it impacts our lives as well as the science behind cooking. Tons of hands-on and tasting activities!
This is a 4-week course, so please only register if you can come to all 4 weeks.
